General Questions

What are your working hours?

We are open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. However you can schedule the pick-up and delivery 24X7 using an app. We are closed on Thursday.

What should I prepare for the first pickup ?

Just have your clothes ready. Our Drop -off Van has a Laundry bag to place your loose clothes in. We will then take the order on the Mobile/Tablet and you will get an instant order update with item details. You will also get the updates/status of your laundry.

How fast can I have my clothes back?

The orders will be delivered on next day for wash & Fold and Wash-Iron & Fold will be delivered on next day. (Except the weekly off and National holiday) We offer this express service @no additional cost.

Do you have express services?

Yes. We offer express services on an additional charge. ( 4 hours )

What happens if clothes in my order are damaged ?

Any items determined to have been damaged/lost by us will be reimbursed in accordance with the Fabricare Fair Claims Guide and shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition

How do I have to pay for your services?

Payment can be made at the time of delivery (COD). Or it can be done through an online payment gateway provided on the app or Paytm.
