Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

For any valid reason if customer wants to cancel the pick up of laundry or cancel the service, customer should inform us 12 hours prior from the date it has been scheduled or handed over the laundry load. The load without processing will be returned as it was given or collected./p>

Once the load is returned without processing, Mein Washe will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within 2 working days.

Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the Payment has been made.

Please note an order can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, no cancellation request will be entertained. OR Customers can CANCEL order only before the load is processed. After the laundry is processed, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Orders.

Orders placed will be delivered within 48-96 hrs depending on the services availed (only Wash, Wash and Iron, only iron, Dry clean) excluding Sunday and National Holidays. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your laundry due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges, power failure or machine problem which is beyond our control for which Mein Washe is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Mein Washe continuously tries to overcome such instances. Also, Mein Washe reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled services (s) to your source account.
